"SOLASTIAN", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the SOLASTIAN platform and its operators. "Customer" or "you" refers to the school or organisation that has subscribed to the platform. "User" refers to any individual who accesses the platform on behalf of a Customer. "Services" refers to all features and functionality provided through the SOLASTIAN platform.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation and that your organisation agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@solastian.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on all admin accounts.
Access to the Services is subject to a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are agreed at the time of sign-up. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@solastian.com to discuss.
Your use of the Services involves the processing of personal data. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement describe how we collect, use, and protect that data. By using the Services, you agree to those terms.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We process that data solely to provide the Services and do not sell or share it with third parties.
We aim to maintain high availability and publish our uptime history at solastian.com/status. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
The SOLASTIAN platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand materials without written consent.
Either party may terminate the subscription with reasonable notice as specified in your subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be suspended. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLASTIAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
